Problems

Increase the amount of the average purchase, renew cooperation with the client and establish regular orders, form a loyal audience - turn "sleeping" customers into active ones.
Solution
We offered the client to conduct a mailing list with special offers through the official Viber channel. Over 11,000 contacts were imported from the store's CRM and bright clickable templates with engaging messages were prepared. A limited supply FOMO approach was used to incentivize buying.
Result
According to the results of the store's mailing list, the CTR was 10% (more than 1000 clicks to the site). Having spent 1 day and a little more than $280 on shipping, the outlet increased sales by 17% and received 120 new orders.
