How to “revive” subscribers for $250 and earn 15 times more!

Problems
A pool of inactive clients has formed who have not performed any actions over the past 4 months.
The goal
"Revitalize" the audience - to encourage subscribers who have registered an account but have not made a balance replenishment, to restore previously active customers who have not made transactions for more than 120 days.
Solution
Since the company had a personal database of customers, it was decided to create a personalized mailing list with an alpha name. Different versions of the texts were developed for two inactive groups - those who had previously replenished and those who had just registered in the system. The messages were sent through the official Viber channel.
Result
A mailing list of approximately 523 numbers was sent. CTR was 18.74%. However, in practice, 98 clients were restored, of which 74 replenished their account for the first time. 2400$ of new and restored payments were received with the mailing cost of UAH 150$ (The investment paid off 15 times!).
