How a restaurant increased seating by 25% from one Viber campaign

Problems
High competition in the niche and quarantine restrictions have reduced the attendance of the establishment several times. The establishment was visited mainly by regular customers, but the load was not complete.
The goal
Remind old guests about the restaurant, talk about the updated menu and current promotions, and attract new visitors.
Solution
The SMS Club team suggested exporting the customer base from CRM, including those who booked tables and ordered takeaway food. In total, it turned out 9000 contacts. A distribution was planned through the official Viber channel of the restaurant with an alpha name. Thus, when receiving a message, customers immediately remembered the institution.
Result
The cost of sending messages cost the client approximately $240. Of the 9,000 subscribers, 746 people (8%) went to the restaurant's website in the first few hours after the campaign. Immediately, 53 new requests for table reservations and home delivery were received. The sending allowed to “revive” the customer base. As a result, landing increased by an average of 25%.
