Chatbot Script

A chatbot script (chatbot scenario) is a pre-designed action plan defining the sequence of interactions between a chatbot and a user. It defines the structure and content of messages that a chatbot will send and receive in the course of communication in various situations.

A chatbot scenario consists of various elements such as greeting, asking questions, answering user queries, offering answer options, providing information, performing actions and ending the conversation. There are a number of programmes available for creating a chatbot script, such as Dialogflow from Google, Botpress, Chatfuel, ManyChat. These platforms offer ready-made tools for script development and customisation, integration with different communication channels and analytics.
