Mobile Marketing

Mobile marketing is a type of direct marketing, which consists in promoting goods and services among mobile subscribers.

Various methods are used to capture the attention and make the target audience perform the required action:

  • promotions sent via SMS, MMS and Viber messages;
  • downloaded applications with push messages;
  • marketing within apps and games;
  • mobile websites or even scanning QR codes using a mobile device.

The idea of mobile in marketing, which is based on the location of users (geo-location data), is to collect valuable data about customers and then offer them coupons or promotions based on their proximity to a shop or preferred places to visit.
